Our Wheelie Bin Cleaning Service

We provide a regular wheelie bin cleaning service to customers in the Southampton area. Our experienced professional cleaning team will clean and disinfect your bin and leave it smelling clean and fresh. The service is usually provided on the same day just after the Council bin men have emptied your bin. Our operators are fully insured and we will only clean your bin if it’s safe to do so.

The service is usually provided every FOUR weeks which equates to 13 times each year. We record each time we clean your bin, and you are only charged if we do clean it. Just occasionally, if the council do not empty your bin or if they change the emptying schedule, we may not be able to clean your bin in which case you are not charged – you only pay when we clean your bin.

We notify you by email (or text message if you prefer) after your bin has been cleaned, or if it has not been cleaned on the expected day. If your bin is not cleaned on the expected day we will always try to clean it the following day or one or two weeks later, depending on the Council emptying schedule. Sometimes it’s just not possible to do a catch up clean, but we do not charge you if your bin is not cleaned.

Our Charges and Payment Options

Pricing:

  • We provide a regular service – every four weeks. We do not provide once-off cleans.

  • The cost of our service is £4 per bin, per clean.

  • You do not pay until your bin has been cleaned for the first time.

  • We send payments requests by email (or text message if you prefer) after your bin has been cleaned for the first time.

Payment Options:

  • By Direct Debit

  • By bank card or credit card online

  • By cheque (give the cheque to our operator at the time of cleaning, OR post it to us)

  • For pensioner customers and any customer with no internet, email or mobile phone technology we do accept payment over the phone (part time office hours)

You may receive a discount if you set up a direct debit or pay in advance. Please use our customer enquiry form for additional details.

Our Customer Self-Service Online Portal

We provide all customers with access to our self-service portal. You will need an email address and a mobile phone number to use all the self-service options.

Customer can:

  • Make a payment by card
  • Set up a Direct Debit Mandate
  • View the planned future cleaning dates for your bin(s)
  • View discounts and seasonal special offers
  • Maintain your contact details (email, mobile phone, and land line phone)
  • Maintain your communication preferences (for example, for payment reminders and receipts by email or text message, and other marketing info preferences)
